Spring simply has the most pleasant temperatures, when the last snow from winter slowly melts and nature comes back to life. The temperatures are getting warmer and you can also finally do more again. Slowly cafes and restaurants open their outdoor areas again and you can sit in a beer garden again to enjoy a cool beer in nice weather, such as the Deck 8. Now you can also slowly go back to a park and spontaneously barbecue, or just sit on the Main and enjoy the view. As in many big cities in Germany, there is also a spring festival in Frankfurt, the so-called Dippemess, where you can ride Ferris wheels, try different food and ride many more roller coasters. It takes place in April or as an alternative also in September. With a hired car you are much more flexible in Frankfurt and can easily get anywhere you want.
