If you miss it due to time reasons to fill up the hired car before drop-off, the amount may be deducted from your deposit.

So if you return the hired car in the same condition as you received it, you will get the full amount back. In any case, be sure to get a receipt. When the amount on your credit card bill will be released again depends on your respective bank. 

Up to 24 hours before rental, you can cancel any hired car free of charge. Please note the opening hours of our service team for this. Especially during uncertain times like the Corona Pandemic this guarantees you full flexibility. Also in your own case of illness during the colder months this can be a savior in case of doubt.
