Returning the hired car during the opening hours of the car hire company

Fill up your hired car accordingly. To do this, go to the nearest gas station at your chosen car hire. A service employee of the car hire company will inspect the condition of the hired car. If there is no damage caused by you, the deposit amount will be returned to your credit card. 

Returning the hired car outside the opening hours of the car hire agency

Fill up your hired car accordingly. To do this, go to the nearest gas station at your car hire. Park the hired car on the premises of the car hire company and place the vehicle key in the mailbox or safe provided. The next day, a service representative of the car hire company will check the condition of the hired car and the fuel level. If the condition and fuel level of the hired car matches the condition and fuel level at the time of pickup, the retained deposit amount will be released. 

You can cancel any hired car free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental. Please note the opening hours of our service team. So if your travel plans change at short notice, you are on the safe side.
