Petrol stations near the airport include Circle K and St1. Most stations accept credit cards, but it's wise to carry some cash in Swedish Krona just in case.
The E18 highway takes you straight to Stockholm within an hour and a half. Uppsala can be reached via Route 70, and it takes about an hour's drive.
