Being a Muslim country, you aren’t allowed to drink and drive. The amount of alcohol in your blood must be zero. There are bars in Pristina too, but you aren’t allowed to drive a vehicle while you are intoxicated. They do allow 10 mg alcohol per 100 ml of blood but only for medicines. So, the bottom line is that you shouldn’t even sip on a beer before driving your rental car otherwise you could get into some serious trouble.
